Principle

The Strategic Planning Workshop is designed to empower our nonprofit organization specializing in pediatric formula and supplementary food for infants and young children. In an ever-changing landscape, our ability to adapt and excel is paramount. This proposal outlines a comprehensive training program, inspired by the renowned principles of cutting-edge strategic management to equip PNMA with the strategic acumen necessary to thrive over the next three years.

By embracing this Strategic Planning Training Workshop, PNMA can equip an organization with the skills and mindset necessary to navigate the dynamic landscape ahead. Together, participants will develop a robust strategic plan that propels PNMA towards vision, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and ensures sustained strategic impact.

Methodology

Interactive & engaging discussions to ensure active participation. Participants will be encouraged to share their experiences, challenges, and best practices, fostering strategic plan development.

Objective

By applying the time-tested strategies and methodologies, facilitators will foster a proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and effective decision-making to navigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

This training aims to enable participants to

1. Develop a 3-year robust strategic plan, aligning organizational goals, resources, and actions to achieve long-term success.

2. Deliver draft actionable strategic plan to further fine-tune and implement for value creation according to organization directions. 

Components

Visionary Direction:

·         Establish a compelling vision and mission statement that inspire and unify PNMA teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Environmental Analysis:

·         Conduct a thorough analysis of internal and external factors, including industry trends, market dynamics, and stakeholder expectations.

Strategic Goal Setting:

·         Set ambitious yet achievable long-term goals that align with PNMA vision and mission.

Actionable Strategies:

·         Develop innovative and practical strategies that leverage PNMA strengths and resources.

Target Audience

The training is tailored for 15-20 key PNMA stakeholders.  

Course Agenda

Session 1: Review Current State and Organizational Analysis

[Duration: 30 minutes]

·         Conducting an Environmental Scan: External Factors and Trends

·         Market Analysis and Identifying Emerging Opportunities

·         Identifying Critical Issues and Prioritizing Strategic Focus Areas

Session 2:  Develop 3 year Strategies

[Duration:  75 minutes]

·         Defining Mission, Vision, and Long-term Strategic Goals

·         Building 3 yr Strategies to Achieve the Set Goals

·         Finalizing Action Plans and Assigning Responsibilities

Conclusion and Wrap-Up
