Background
In today’s world characterized by complexity and uncertainty, organizations face a multitude of issues, all of which are complex and inter-connected. The issues are aggravated by a lack of understanding of the whole situation – much like 4 blind men each feeling a part of an elephant. As a result, what is the real problem? becomes a common problem among marketers.
This course will allow marketers to use a structured approach to strategize organization growth with better understanding how to grow effectively and efficiently by developing systematic thinking and root cause analysis skills.

1.    Understand the characteristics of a Systematic Thinking approach
2.    Framework to analyze problems into relevant categories (Complicated, Complex, Chaotic) to apply appropriate approaches
3.    Apply the Ice-Berg model to trace the mental models and structures underpinning surface problems
4.    Formulate solutions to address issues

Training Outcome
This course enables the marketers to
·   Analyze an issue in terms of components and their inter-connections
·   Synthesize perspectives from different stakeholders into a coherent picture
·   Assess the situation with a systems-level perspective
·   Identify the symptoms, root cause and consequences of a complex issue
·   Resolve the complex issue by creating or identifying new paradigm, newmindset, new leverage points and/or new action
